A: Yes, PRC West will be a live conference in San Diego, CA in September 2022. This will be a live and in-person event.
Q: Will there be opportunities for networking?
A: Yes! There will be many ways to meet and network with your peers including networking breaks, breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception that will bring together pharma and biotech professionals from PRC.
Q: Will there be a virtual option for this conference?
A: This will be a live, in-person event without a virtual component.

Health & Safety
Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: To ensure maximum safety, Questex requires all attendees and staff to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test on-site during registration check-in. Individuals may provide digital or printed documentation from a testing provider. If you cannot participate because of this policy, or due to travel restrictions, we encourage you to contact us here.
Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?
A: All attendees and staff will be asked to provide proof of vaccination on-site during registration check-in.
Q: What if I am not vaccinated 15 days prior to the event?
A: We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.
Q: What are your mask requirements on-site?
A: The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink.
Q: Will masks be provided?
A: Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venues.
